How can I disable it. I have tried a few things but they have not worked. In the task manager under processes I see the HelpPane. If I hit end task on it, it just starts again. With it being on I can't do anything. Ian Administrator. Joined Oct 17, Messages 3, Reaction score Welcome to the forums Do you have an HP Help wizard running in the system tray?

If so, can you try temporarily disabling it to see if that prevents the popups? Joined May 28, Messages 6 Reaction score 0. Hi, I have the same problem with pdsam I tried scanning it with Norton Internet security and one live care but no virus or spyware was detected. I already reformatted and reinstalled windows 7 ultimate but still the same. Would appreacite any help from you guyz!. Joined May 10, Messages 9, Reaction score 1, Any chance you are hitting the F1 key or it's stuck?

Try a different keyboard. Hi TrainableMan, Thanks for the reply. No, it was neither stuck. I tried to run this so called registrybooster and errors was detected in my registry.

Now, I dont know how would I fix it. Im not yet sure if it has something to do with my installer. Registry will be deleted also as you format right? I cant figure out how come there are errors in my registry.. Thanks again. OK, many registry errors are very common issues - for example Microsoft Word may be set to remember the last 5 documents you edited, well what if you actually deleted one of those items because you no longer want it?

A registry checker sees this as an error because the registry points to a file that does not exist. Now this error won't make Word function incorrectly but it may slow it down a th of a second while he checks to see if the file is there. Method 1: Step 1: Start your computer in safe mode and check.

Method 2: Run Microsoft safety scanner and check for viruses or malwares. Note: Any data files that are infected may only be cleaned by deleting the file entirely, which means there is a potential for data loss. Hello, I have the same exact problem. It's an HP with Windows 7. I tried everything that has been mentioned in this blog. I had Help and Support popping in and out continually even if closing indefinitely these windows.

I opened as Safe mode and only 1 Help screen openes explaining Safe mode but the keys were acting up. It was the l in lower case so I tricked the computer? This only came back to hit me in another way. Now when I try to write msconfig in the Start box to clean booth it brings up all the desktop icons. I cannot write msconfig whichever way I try. I would suggest you to check the issue in new user account. If issue does not persist in new user account, then copy all the data from old user account to new one.

This did not work! New account has same issues. The Help and support Windows were quiet for 1 day on all users and came back alive today.

The keyboard is still fussing and the battery now doesn't recharge normally. I don't know if all is related. Sounds pretty weird doesn't it. It's absolutely frustrating. A beeping sounds continues when starting windows. I can go Quick web but cannot write because the keys jump to open screens or do not work at all.

Repeat this step, if you have found a few tasks which have been created by malicious application. Once is finished, close the Task Scheduler window. Click the right mouse button to a desktop shortcut file which you use to launch your web browser. Once the step is complete, we recommend to go to the next step.

Below is a a few of the free programs you may want to use. Your computer may have tons of PUPs, ad supported software and hijackers installed at the same time, so we recommend, if any unwanted or harmful program returns after rebooting the computer, then start your personal computer into Safe Mode and run the anti-malware tool again. We recommend using the Zemana Anti-malware. When installed and updated, the malware remover will automatically check and detect all threats exist on your system.

We recommend using the Malwarebytes Free that are completely clean your machine of the ad-supported software. The free utility is an advanced malware removal program designed by c Malwarebytes lab. It will perform a deep scan of your machine including hard drives and MS Windows registry.

Once a malicious software is found, it will allow you to delete all detected threats from your PC by a simple click. Save it on your MS Windows desktop. After the downloading process is complete, open the folder in which you saved it and double-click the AdwCleaner icon. It will start the AdwCleaner tool and you will see a screen as displayed below. If the User Account Control dialog box will ask you want to launch the program, click Yes button to continue.

This procedure can take quite a while, so please be patient. During the scan AdwCleaner will detect all threats exist on your system. Review the results once the tool has finished the system scan. If you think an entry should not be quarantined, then uncheck it.

It will show a dialog box. Once finished, the utility may ask you to restart your PC system. After reboot, the AdwCleaner will open the log file. Use ad-blocking program like AdGuard in order to stop advertisements, malvertisements, pop-ups and online trackers, avoid having to install malicious and adware browser plug-ins and add-ons which affect your computer performance and impact your computer security. Surf the Internet anonymously and stay safe online!

Installing the AdGuard adblocker program is simple. First you will need to download AdGuard from the following link. Save it on your Microsoft Windows desktop. When the downloading process is complete, double-click the downloaded file to start it. Follow the prompts.

AdGuard will then be installed and an icon will be placed on your desktop.
