I like the idea of this as it does add some variety to the game. If you have Diamond or Pearl or even both then you will have a much better time with this game. Sadly, this is the same case for the local multiplayer too. One thing that this game does better than the two on the Game Cube did is the visuals. They look great just standing there, but even the animations are very well done.
I am very impressed with the visuals in this game and feel they hold up very well to this day. Copy the search string for your team below. Battle Update. Sandbox Mode. Battle Rating Battle Rating is a metric used to represent each battle's outcome.
Victories will always have a minimum Battle Rating of Battle Rating is a way of measuring battles beyond simply "win" and "loss"; it may be valuable to know not only which Pokemon can win, but which can do so while sustaining the least amount of damage, leaving them in a better position for the next fight. Move Selection When using the auto select option, the simulator calculates which moves would be optimal in the current matchup.
Some Charged Moves deal a lot of damage but take longer to charge, while others charge quickly but deal less damage. DPE helps determine each Pokemon's most efficient move in the matchup. Sort remaining Charged Moves by damage per energy squared and select the best move for the "Secondary" Charged Move. Since this weighs moves by energy, fast-charging moves are more likely to be selected than slow ones. This method for selecting a Secondary Charged Move was chosen because the battle algorithm prioritizes fast Charged Moves over the Main Charged Move in certain scenarios, so this helps give Pokemon access to their faster attacks even if they aren't as efficient on paper as other options e.
Dragonite with Dragon Claw or Magneton with Discharge. To determine those actions, the simulator performs the following checks: If the Main Charged Move is available, use it immediately. If none of these are true, use the Fast Move. This algorithm produces the following behavior: Pokemon will use any move available if it would result in a KO.
Pokemon will use any move available to deal the most possible damage before they faint. Pokemon will always shield themselves if possible. Pokemon will use their fastest Charged Move to remove an opponent's shields. Return legacy Special Moves incl. Return special Traits Bulky, Spammy, Risky, etc. On your Pokemon cards, it shows the attacks and attack power, flip a coin to see who attacks first.
To attack, choose a attack on your choose of an attack card. It will say how many attack points it attacks, then, choose one of your opponents Pokemon to battle, if the info under the attack name says to flip a coin, do it. Keep repeating step three until you kill one of your opponents Pokemon or you opponent kill one of yours, when your Pokemon is ALMOST dead, you can use one of your energy cards. But if your Pokemon card dies, then flip it over. You can't replace it, it's like that until the battle is over.
When you have a trainer item called Evosoda, you can use it to change a basic Pokemon into a stage one Pokemon, or a stage one into a stage two. Like this Polygon. Is not it funny? We want them to battle with fame and at full health!
This way you can predict the combat sequence and know your result and see if it's worth attacking the gym. The best part? You don't need to spend your valuable Potions to heal your pokemon while practicing in a Gym Battle Simulator.
